My content creation journey began rather unexpectedly. I had always believed I was better behind the lens—observing, documenting, and telling stories through someone else’s frame. Then, as that familiar saying goes, “In your 20s, someone will come into your life and encourage you to create content—and it’s important that you listen to them.” I did. A person who saw something in me before I could fully see it in myself pushed me to step in front of the lens, experiment, and simply begin. A great deal of the credit goes to that person—for encouraging me, believing in me, and giving me the nudge I didn’t know I needed. But somewhere along the way, I realised that belief has to become your own. Their encouragement may have opened the door, but I had to walk through it. And perhaps that is what truly changed everything—I started believing in my own voice, my perspective, and the stories I had to tell. What began almost accidentally slowly became a creative pursuit I genuinely love. Today, I’m learning to be both—the person behind the lens and the story within it.

The unpredictability. Meeting people I would probably never meet otherwise, discovering hidden corners, having random conversations and collecting those tiny moments that you don't plan for but end up remembering the most.

If I had to recommend just one place, it would always be Kasol. Ever since I was 15, Kasol has held a strange fascination for me. There was something about the idea of that little mountain village, tucked away in the Parvati Valley, that captured my imagination long before I ever set foot there. And when I finally did, I realised it was even more enchanting than I had imagined. I think Kasol is one of those places you don’t simply visit—you let it consume you. The mountains, the river, the slow mornings, the winding trails, the people, and that inexplicable sense of freedom make it incredibly difficult to leave. I’ve been fortunate enough to witness some unforgettable stargazing moments in different places, but somehow, Kasol’s nights have always felt different. There is a certain stillness there—the kind where you find yourself lying beneath an endless sky, surrounded by mountains, and suddenly the world feels beautifully insignificant. Maybe that’s why I keep returning to it. Kasol isn’t just a destination I love; it’s a feeling I haven’t quite learned how to put into words.

My biggest goal as a travel creator is to build a community that doesn’t simply watch my journeys, but feels a part of them. I want to travel extensively, meet extraordinary people, immerse myself in different cultures, and tell stories that make someone pause and think, “I want to experience this too.” But beyond numbers, destinations, or content, I want to become someone’s inspiration. I’ve always been a bit of a jack of all trades, master of none—curious about everything, constantly learning, and never quite fitting into one box. For the longest time, I wondered if that was a weakness. Today, I’m beginning to realise that perhaps it is simply another way of being curious about the world. I want people who see a little bit of themselves in me to believe in themselves a little more—to pursue the things they are curious about, even when they don’t have it all figured out. And I believe travel can teach us what no classroom, textbook, or lecture ever fully can. Experience is the greatest teacher, and every journey has something to teach us. If my stories can inspire even one person to step outside their comfort zone, choose experience over hesitation, and go discover the world for themselves, I’d consider that my greatest achievement.
